I think that might have been my issue in this regard. When you do the Uninstall Program from Control Panel, make sure you haven't deleted WoT yet. It's just a PITA to have to go through the process when Uninstall a Program should've been the solution the first time. If this sounds complex to you, it's not, really. At that point, I got a good, clean installation and no more Game Center. I did it this way after about three attempts to download the game WITHOUT the game center.

I clicked that and did not select Game Center Option and only Downloaded the game itself. Then I went to the WoT page that allows me to select the forums and such where the box 'DOWNLOAD GAME' is prominently displayed. I then saved my Replays and Screen shots and COMPLETELY REMOVED WoT. Then manually went in a deleted the files and folders that Control Panel could not. I used Control Panel, Uninstall A Program. Did you NOT read the part about having to UNINSTALL the Game Center manually after using Control Panel? If you have never tried any of these games, then you should definitely try them today.
